           I am passionate about providing a safe and supportive space for people to connect with each other through touch. I believe that cuddling can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, improving mood, and promoting feelings of well-being.

           I am trained in a variety of relaxation techniques including essential oils, heart-centered therapy, and yoga instruction. I am also experienced in working with people of all ages, backgrounds, and physical abilities through my work as a Pilates instructor.
