Life can be overwhelming. I know firsthand. In my own story, I’ve faced deep loss, supported a child through chronic illness, and navigated major life changes like bankruptcy and divorce. I understand how hard it can be to show up and ask for support, especially when you’re used to holding it all together.

Clients have shared that what they find here is a safe, non-judgmental space. Our sessions are somewhere to be themselves, to experience healing touch, and to feel supported through transitions like grief, divorce, trauma, or simply feeling isolated. They describe leaving sessions with more confidence, emotional resilience, and healthier boundaries.

"Michelle provides unconditional positive regard and a sense of safety that helped me rebuild my confidence and boundaries."
