You deserve the support you’ve been seeking. That includes emotional presence and physical touch. Why? Because we’re all human! We all need these things. I believe in this work because I know it has the power to change lives. In fact, it changed mine. I went from a life of constant anxiety, insecurity, and loneliness to an experience of meaningful connections and deeper purpose – all because I made a commitment to reaching out for support when I needed it.

My passion is to help people reconnect with experiences of safety, connection, nourishment, kindness, and respect through consensual platonic touch and emotional integration. I will bring my experience in trauma-informed care and emotional healing to our sessions – so that you can feel free to express yourself freely and explore whatever comes up for you emotionally during each session (although we don’t have to talk if you prefer a quiet environment).

The truth is, we are living in a society that is out of touch with basic human needs. And we are all living with some degree of trauma. If you’ve had any kind of interpersonal trauma in your life, it makes sense that connection with others doesn’t always feel 100% safe. That’s why it can be so healing to experience connection with another person in the safe container of a Cuddlist session – where your boundaries are not only respected, they are welcomed and encouraged!

This is a training ground for learning deeper ways of connecting – both physically and emotionally – in all areas of your life. It’s my dream that you can feel safe, validated, understood, and nourished by our work together.
