It is normal to be experiencing fear and anxiety during these uncertain times. As COVID-19 continues to spread and disrupt lives many are feeling an increased sense of isolation—both physically and emotionally. It’s more important than ever that we connect with others, listen, address our collective needs, and support one another with compassion for how difficult our world can be.

Cuddlist is here to help. If you’re feeling anxious, scared, depressed, alone, or simply just concerned about how to meet your changing connection needs, you can connect with our Virtual Cuddlists. While there is nothing that can replace an in-person Cuddlist Session, many of our clients are enjoying getting to know practitioners in other places in the world and exploring new options and methods of human support! Cuddlist practitioners are amazing at providing emotional support whenever you need to relieve stress or connect with another person who has compassion for what you’re going through. Social distancing doesn’t have to mean social isolation! We’ll be here when you need us.
