Touch is vital for connection and is my favourite and primary love language. In a world where we are increasingly distanced from each other the power of touch cannot be underestimated. Touch releases chemicals such as oxytocin in the brain that create a sense of well-being and calmness. I am a Trained Cuddlist who provides platonic touch and connection. I work with all people in need of hugs and companionship.

I have training in consent and boundaries, and first hand knowledge and understanding of the impact of trauma on our daily lives and relationships. I believe in nurturing, safe, restorative touch. My intent is to stay present with you while you express your needs and provide you with a safe, serene platonic touch experience. I would love the opportunity to share this experience with you!

Session information from Michele

Sessions are held at my home in the Brentwood area of Burnaby, BC. Street parking is available for free. I like to start the session by asking you to identify your goals or needs for the session and encourage you to communicate openly with me about what types of touch you prefer. It is important that we each respect each other’s boundaries and we will discuss this before the session begins.

You will want to give yourself some time to prepare for our session. Please be recently showered and have your teeth brushed before we meet. If you are unable to do this before you arrive you may use my private bathroom at the start of the session. Please avoid cologne as I am sensitive to certain scents. You will want to bring comfortable clothes to move in (i.e. gym shorts, sweats, t-shirt, tank top) and must be wearing at least shorts and a tank top.

I do have a mid-sized dog in my home although he is not allowed in the cuddle space. I also share my home with my two partners. If you would prefer they are in their private space when you arrive and when you leave please let me know and we will ensure your privacy is respected.
