Discovering the power of consensual and platonic touch has been deeply healing for me. My life has been transformed by learning to communicate my wants and needs, set boundaries effectively, and connect with others through touch. Attending cuddle parties and receiving one-on-one cuddling invited me into a whole new world, one where I had agency over my own choices and felt more in charge of my life. My self-care game improved dramatically, the weight of shame that I had carried around for years began to lift, and my personal relationships grew more honest and fulfilling. On top of all this, I learned to play and laugh more wholeheartedly, much to the delight of my younger self.

In my work with clients, particularly those that have experienced any kind of trauma, regardless of how big or small, I create a safe, nurturing, and playful environment to support growth and healing. With me in charge of our safe container, my client and I are able to fill that container with whatever will be most nourishing and life affirming for them at the time.
