About Ian W.
Cuddling can be a portal to connection, self-discovery, and even self-healing. I’m so glad you’re here, and I would be honored to accompany you in a step on your journey.

My name is Ian (they/them), and my intention is to create an environment that supports rest, connection, and healing. We live in a fast-moving world that may not always leave time for these. What might you learn about yourself when you ask “What do I want?” and wait for an authentic answer? What might come up in a quiet moment that is dedicated to you? What about a playful moment?
I welcome everyone into my practice: all bodies, all genders, all backgrounds.
People seek out cuddling for so many different reasons. Some people might want or need:
• More physical touch or affection in their lives
• A safe container to discover or exercise their boundaries
• Some time that is dedicated to them
• To deeply connect with their body and their spirit
• To develop skills that will deepen their platonic and/or romantic connections
• To simply rest
• And some people don’t know exactly why the seek out cuddling
There’s no right or wrong reason for being here. You don’t need a reason at all. If you’re interested to explore working together, I would love to hear from you, learn about your journey, and answer your questions.

Intentional platonic cuddling literally transformed my life. I learned about my boundaries and my desires, and I learned how to verbalize both. Cuddling led me to embodied and touch-positive communities, where I met so many other wonderful humans and continued to grow. These practices and experiences influenced not just the way I think about touch but my entire life, including my relationships and my career. Everyone has different things that they need or take away — what might you take away from cuddling?
If you would like to get to know me or my other work in the community, I co-create and co-facilitate Happy Humanimals, a cuddle event series in Seattle. You can find more information on the Happy Humanimals Eventbrite page or the Happy Humanimals newsletter.
