My personal mission is to inspire awakening. It’s my passion to help people feel vibrant and alive.
I listen deeply and offer what best fits into the “silent space in between.” In a healing / touch context, that most often means leaving lots space for a person’s deeper knowing to emerge, while helping them identify and remove their own blocks when they come up. I have training in music, education, energetic arts, meditation, and movement, and it’s the combination of these that makes my services unique.
Though I have really strong energetic skills, my biggest gift is simply being present with the person who’s right here, right now. People feel seen and received with me, as well as met and challenged to grow. They emerge from my sessions with more of themselves available to work with, and with deeper availability for their own process.
As Maya Angelou said, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” It is my strong desire to make people feel deeply seen, heard, and felt.
I have been holding space for energy work for over 25 years, and for somatic movement for over 13. I’ve also taken Betty Martin’s “Like A Pro” intensive multiple times, and am well versed in her Wheel of Consent work. I look forward to working with you!
Session information from Mark B
I ask for a pre-screening call, preferably a video chat, before scheduling a session. This allows us to begin to get a feel for one another, and to make sure we’re on the same page as far as goals and expectations.
As you arrive for your session, you will be welcomed into a warm and open space, and invited to sit and talk for a while. We’ll take the time needed to be present and to connect with one another, and then decide how the rest of the session will go
My Cuddle Zone space is warm, comfortable, and flexible, with opportunities for many different possible positions and configurations. I have music available, as well as many lighting possibilities, including candles
I’m located in Williamsburg, near the intersection of Metropolitan and Bushwick Avenues, and there is plenty of street parking, as well as a garage nearby.
I do both in-call and out-call sessions, in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and Long Island. Travel fees are additional and based on the hourly rate, pro-rated for the travel time.
