About Olivia

I am a trauma informed therapist and am happy to adapt the session to your needs, whether you want to socially connect, have me hold space for you or cuddle in silence or with soothing music. Cuddling is one of the most powerful ways to engage our parasympathetic nervous system and the co-regulation we can find when in contact with each other produces a powerful cocktail of neurotransmitters including oxytocin and serotonin which signal safety to the body.

I specialize in working with people who are navigating anxiety around connecting with others and offer a space where you can learn to feel safe in connection.

Cuddling can be a powerful place to learn about yourself relationally in the Here and Now, this is your space to practice conscious communication, consent and boundaries, if you wish.

I host in Berkeley or if you want me to travel to you there will be a travel fee depending on distance, tolls and time spent driving.

1.5-2hr sessions are recommended so we can really sink in together.

For new clients a 5-10 min video chat is required before meeting so we can see if we’re a good fit.

Sessions are tailored to you and your needs and desires, we can cuddle in silence or with music, talk and cuddle or watch a movie or play a game together.

In person sessions = $140 an hour

Virtual sessions over zoom = $100 an hour

Availability
