Hi there! I am Indigo. I am located in Santa Cruz, CA but also offer services in San Francisco, Monterey and San Jose, CA.

I am a friendly, quirky, fun, calm, grounded and tender hearted person who loves to help people have experiences that bring them back home to themselves and their bodies. Cuddlist work allows us to set a container of mutual respect and consent in order to create a healing space where physical touch and somatic integration can feel healing, safe and grounded. In this container, we also get to practice building muscles that allow us to share what our internal experience is in ways that can be honored and witnessed. It is a beautiful practice to have and a really healing space rooted in care.

My work in life and in community centers around bringing people back to their wholeness through nature-based soul guiding, and somatic integration and embodiment practices. I am deeply committed to having fun and being playful in the midst of doing deep interpersonal work. I believe that we never stop learning and if we only keep some open mindedness and willingness, there is a lot of beauty we get to experience in life. I love to be a co-conspirator of purpose-driven and life-altering experiences through the other modalities of work I practice; which include Purpose Guiding™, Mental Fitness Coaching, somatic embodiment and integration, grief tending, and a Death Doula work. I have spent the last decade of my life training and honing my skills in the modalities I practice and am also an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer as well as a certified HIIT and Yoga Sculpt instructor. My work combines aspects of mind, body AND spirit; for whole person attunement.

My clients describe me as someone who creates safe and sacred containers, who is a deep listener and who brings a sense of grounding to all my interactions. I am a deeply passionate person who is committed to humanity through thoughtfully constructed and purpose-driven client experiences. In addition to being a cuddlist, I am also a Somatic Embodiment Practitioner, and a Conscious Movement Guide. I have certifications in mental fitness coaching, purpose guiding, and am an ISSA certified personal trainer; who has spent the last decade learning healing modalities to help people heal (and whole) the body, mind and spirit.

I would love to be your professional cuddler, and we can embark on a journey of cuddle therapy together.

At this time, I am only offering out-calls, additional travel costs may be associated depending on your location. I am happy to meet up at your location, or at a neutral location such as a local park, hotel room, etc (any costs for this would be the client's responsibility). I accept cash, and several forms of electronic payment (PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc).

Once you submit a request, I will review your information and schedule a video chat with you so we can get to know each other a bit better before meeting in person. We will also spend this time reviewing a Code of Conduct and any boundaries needed for a safe and fulfilling session together.

When we meet in person, I will review the Code of Conduct with you again and we will also have agreements for our session that create safety and consent. The agreement will include verbiage outlining that if at ANY time either of us is uncomfortable for ANY reason, we agree to speak up. This is a great container to practice being present in your body AND using your authentic voice.

I am COVID-19 vaccinated; and expect you to be too. Masks are optional and I am happy to accommodate if you prefer that I be masked.
