I believe that every person deserves love, compassion, respect, and to feel a sense of belonging.

We may be a good fit for one another if you’re looking for a calm presence to listen with compassion, hold you with tenderness, and accept you unconditionally—while respecting the Code of Conduct. Clients say that they feel seen, heard, valued, connected and loved; that matters to me because depth of relationship matters to me. Consent is key at every turn, and I believe that the clearer our boundaries, the better our relationships as we move through life with ourselves and others.

I often work with clients who have experienced significant trauma in their lives and many who are seeking that which they did not receive when they were younger. As a genderqueer human, I welcome clients of all genders, races, sexual identities, ages, body types, physical abilities, and relational constellations. Every part of you is welcome here.

“I started cuddle therapy with Kelly in early 2025 to help with feelings of emptiness and wanting to be held and loved. Kelly was professional and safe. I could always count on them to give me their complete attention during my sessions, and I was able to trust them. I can’t recommend Kelly enough. I am so grateful for our time together."
—Rhonda B.

“It was so empowering to voice my wants and needs, to feel them honored, and to practice navigating yes and no within my body. [Cuddle therapy] brought me closer to myself, emotionally and physically, in a way that’s hard to put into words but deeply felt.”
—Nevine S.

I conduct sessions on a queen-sized pull-out couch in my living room. Clients can choose music (from Spotify), lighting and/or candles, and the temperature of the room. We start with an Opening Agreement, and our cuddle positions are based on client preferences; I’m also happy to ask you how you want to feel if you don’t know which position you’d prefer. In this container, clients are empowered to voice their desires and boundaries—without worrying about how I’m feeling because I will clearly state my boundaries as well. Oftentimes, sessions do elicit emotional release, as clients express themselves in this supportive growth environment (tissues are always available nearby). I do live with a dog, but she will be outside or on a walk during our session. There are 5 steps up to the front door of my location (not wheelchair accessible). Clients may park in the driveway or street parking is free. Please reach out with any questions that you may have.

“I’m so glad to be here with you. I’m holding this container with you today in the most loving way I can, which means that I promise to let you know if I’m uncomfortable in any way. May I ask you to do the same with me? [Great! This way, we can both trust each other’s yes’s and no’s.] I think it’s important to say that cuddling is very much about voicing your wants and negotiating boundaries together as a collaborative, iterative process. I  will respect your boundaries without pushback. If anything arises, we can always have a conversation about it as you feel able to. How does that feel to you?”
