Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, loneliness, sensory overwhelm, or just need a reset from the fast pace of life, our time together is a pause—a warm, respectful connection that honors your boundaries and your humanness.

I bring a calming presence, a grounded energy, and over two decades of experience in healing arts and trauma-informed care. My approach to cuddle therapy blends intuition with structure, allowing space for both emotional processing and pure comfort.

Clients often come to me seeking relief from anxiety, stress, or the ache of unmet connection. In session, we co-create a container where your “no” is always honored, your nervous system can soften, and your experience of touch becomes one of trust, warmth, and choice.

We will schedule a 20-minute consultation phonecall or video chat to ensure mutual comfort and clarity. (The Consult Fee of $25 will be applied toward your first cuddle if we schedule a session together) *First-time clients must provide valid ID for safety screening.*

If we are the right fit for each other, we will schedule your cuddle session at the end of our consultation conversation. (Session lengths: 1 hour, 1.5 hours, or 2 hours)

What to Expect: When you arrive, we’ll review the Opening Agreement and go over your intentions, boundaries, and preferences. You’ll be welcomed into a cozy, clean, and private space with soft lighting, pillows, and weighted blankets. All sessions are clothed, consensual, and guided by mutual respect and verbal check-ins. You are always encouraged to speak up if something feels uncomfortable—physically or emotionally.

Cuddle Space: My Cuddle Zone is located near zip code 27278, in a private studio with minimal noise, fresh linens, calming aromatherapy (optional), and gentle music. (*Mobile sessions available*)

Accessibility: One flight of stairs, no elevator. Please let me know your access needs and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
