Hi, I'm Melissa. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where they can slow down, feel seen, and simply be themselves.

I believe safe, platonic touch can be incredibly powerful. It can help us relax, reduce stress and build trust. But Cuddle Therapy is about so much more than cuddling. It's also an opportunity to explore healthy boundaries, practice consent and communication, find your voice, and get more comfortable expressing what you want and need.

I came to this work after working with a Cuddlist myself and experiencing firsthand the difference it made in my life. It helped me better understand my own boundaries, find my voice, and learn what safe, consensual touch could feel like. That experience meant so much to me that I knew I wanted to offer that kind of space to others.

There's no right way for a session to look. We can cuddle, talk, hold hands, laugh, sit quietly, or simply share space. Touch is always optional, and both laughter and tears are welcome.

Whether you're looking to rebuild trust, experience nurturing platonic touch, talk through your thoughts and feelings, practice boundaries and communication, or simply enjoy a calming presence, I'll meet you where you are. 

 After I receive your request, I will email you to schedule your free call via Zoom. This allows us to meet and for you to ask any questions you might have. If we both sense that this is a good fit, you’ll be invited to proceed with scheduling our first cuddle session. f you are ready to start, please send me a request.
