Hello dear one. I'm so glad you're here and are considering taking this journey into loving, consensual touch. Each of our sessions will be tailored exactly to your needs and levels of comfort. Together we will create a safe and magical space where you can enjoy the benefits of healing, human contact. Take a moment to read that last sentence over and breathe it in... Foremost, I am human, gender queer, and consider myself a doula in the journey of personal transformation from birth to death. I am a loving parent, dancer, musician, nature lover, and entrepreneur. I hold certifications as a Death Doula and a Mindfulness Mediation teacher and am devoted to the work of liberation for all beings.I do not discriminate by age, ethnicity, or mobility–we are all here together. I want to be a tender, loving witness to your experience of life, welcoming all its joys and difficulties, all your scars and shining stars. With care and patience, I will work with you to start unlocking the barriers that are keeping you from a life filled with healthy connection to self and others. Let's find the edges of your being and lovingly push outward until you see that pushing outward just creates more space for you to exist in, more room to roam. This is sacred work that gets to the heart of what it means to be an embodied human.


Once you submit a request, please watch for an email from me. I usually respond with 24 hours. In that email, there will be information on how to schedule a complimentary 30-minute video or phone call with a $30 deposit that will be applied to your first therapy session. During the discovery call, we will spend a little time getting to know each other. We will go over some agreements and address any questions or concerns you may have. Don’t worry about being nervous. It is completely normal. If we decide to move forward, your first therapy session can be scheduled during the discovery call. (If we determine that this is not the right fit after the call, I will refund you the $30 deposit.)

Anam Cara means "Soul Friend" in the language of my Irish Ancestors, and best represents the feeling of homecoming available here. There are different cuddle spaces for different levels of mobility. The loft sanctuary is a large. open space, beautifully lit with skylights and the sound of Halladay Brook in the background. It has many stairs (which we can figure out how to navigate if desired). The main house is more accessible, with a cozy cuddle nook and swinging chair. There is also a beautiful meadow where we can cuddle outside if greeted with a warm, sunny day. There are hammocks on the property as well should you desire that. We have two friendly dogs on the premises named Chia and Toph who will keep to themselves during our session, unless otherwise requested. Anam Cara is smoke-free, chemical-free, and has minimal carpet/dust. The sanctuary is accessible by car, but via unpaved roads that can be tricky in Winter (we can check in about weather as our appointment approaches). There is parking on premise.

With prior discussion and mutual agreement, I am available for sessions in your home or other desired location throughout New England and beyond. (Travel fees apply. You are welcome to fly me to you.) Day-long, overnight and multi-day immersions are available upon request.

Virtual somatic coaching sessions are offered worldwide by video or phone. This may be ideal if: - You live outside driving distance from my sanctuary in Brattleboro, VT. - You prefer to keep physical touch out of our work while deepending your embodied connection to youself and others. - You are an established client seeking support between in-person sessions. - You prefer the flexibility and convenience of virtual sessions.

If we decide to move forward, payment is due before or at the start of the therapy session via Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check.
