About Katrina J

Thank you for being here. Whatever the reason- I respect it, I respect your process, and would be honored to be a part of it.

My intention during our time together is to help you feel more at ease in your body and mind. Whether you have some serious challenges you’re working through, you just really enjoy a good cuddle, or you fall somewhere in between- I’m here for all of it.

We can laugh together, talk our way down rabbit holes, or enjoy meditative silences. All the while, we’ll engage in your favorite cuddle positions and styles of touch. If you’re not sure what those are- I can help guide you in discovering them (you might even learn new things about yourself!)

You will really be heard and appreciated. I want to get to know you to the extent that you are comfortable, so that our time together can be as beneficial as possible.

There’s only so much that text can convey. I am happy to talk more in depth about anything and everything over a complementary video call. Please don’t hesitate to schedule that call to determine if we are a good fit.

Feel free to ask me about any of these topics:)
Psychology & mental health (especially: emotional intelligence & interpersonal communication)
-Nervous system healing
-Gut health

Session information from Katrina J

*I may take longer than 24 hours to response, but I promise I will!

By submitting a request, you are not committing to anything. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you have. Again, I am happy to have a phone or video call prior to booking, to talk about anything you need to feel more comfortable, and to be sure that we’re a good fit.

When we meet for our session, we’ll sit and talk briefly about our boundaries and preferences. Depending on your comfort level- we can extend this conversation.

Let me know if you prefer to ease into physical touch, or take an “assumed rapport” approach (keeping within the boundaries we’ve established, of course.)
You can then choose how you’d like to start! (I am happy to guide you as needed.)

Health precautions:

This is extra important to me, because I have chronic health conditions that could be seriously worsened by covid or other illnesses. I will offer the same care to others for any conditions they may have.

-Please let me know the day of our session if you have any symptoms (e.g. covid, cold, flu, etc.) at all, and I will do the same.
-I am fully vaccinated, but you don’t have to be. I will mask during our session upon request.
-Please also let me know of any conditions (mental or physical) for which you might need accommodations- I am happy to accommodate to the best of my abilities.

Sensitivities: Please avoid wearing cologne, perfume, hair products, makeup, or anything with a strong scent (deodorant/antiperspirant is fine).
